What’s the difference between the Care, Basic, Standard, and Premium plans?
Our four plans fit different needs, all with premium service:
Care ($50/month): For seniors or those with mobility needs, we move 1–2 bins to/from the curb 1–3 days a week, place them in accessible spots (e.g., side yard), wash and sanitize bins weekly, tidy the curb (small litter pieces, sweeping), and offer personal check-ins for extra support.
Basic ($50/month): Perfect for budget-conscious homes, we move 1–2 bins 1–3 days a week, wash bins once a month, tidy the curb (1–2 litter pieces), and provide email/phone support.
Standard ($70/month): Great for families or HOAs, we move up to 3 bins, wash them biweekly, provide frontage trash cleaning, ensure HOA compliance, and tidy the curb.
Premium ($90/month): Our VIP plan moves up to 4 bins, washes and sanitizes weekly, tidies the curb (litter pieces, sweeping), includes a $5 monthly add-on credit, and offers a 24/7 hotline for special requests like gate placement. All plans deliver Nordstrom-style quality, and the first 300 customers lock in their rate until 2030!
What is the community services pilot?
A pilot program starting in 2026 with 200 sign-ups, offering discounted services to elderly/disabled and bolstering communities with valuable services.
When will add-on services be available?
Add-ons launch in 2029 if we can’t make it sooner!
How do you know my pickup schedule?
We will coordinate with Charles County’s waste management schedule and confirm with you during sign-up.
What time do you move my bins?
We move bins to the curb in the evening and early morning before pickup and return them after collection (typically within 24 hours before pickup and returned during same day of trash removal).
Where do you return my bins?
To your designated storage location (e.g., side of your house, garage area), as specified during sign-up.
What if my bins aren’t ready by 6:00 PM?
We’re not responsible for missed pickups if bins aren’t accessible or ready by 6:00 PM.
What if my bins are overfilled?
Bins must not exceed 50 lbs or be overfilled; we’re not liable for spills or missed pickups if they are.
Do you service during holidays?
We follow Charles County’s holiday schedule; if pickup is delayed, we’ll adjust accordingly.
What happens during bad weather?
We’ll service as safely as possible; Premium customers get priority scheduling during storms or snow.
How do you clean bins?
We use a vinegar and baking soda method, environmentally friendly options and power washing to effectively clean.
Can I request extra bin cleanings?
Yes, additional cleanings are $10 each, scheduled upon request.
What if I miss a scheduled cleaning?
We will try to reschedule cleanings to better match your needs.
How much do your services cost?
Care: $50/month, Basic: $50/month, Standard: $70/month, Premium: $90/month. Future planned add-ons will range from $10–$25/month or per pickup.
Are there discounts for elderly or disabled customers?

Do you offer referral discounts?
Yes, refer a customer and get a $10/month discount if the referral enters a 3-month contract.
Is there a loyalty discount?

When will I be billed?
Billing will take place 15 days before first service.
What if I want to pay with cash?
Give us a call! We are locally ran and operated and can plan a time for a representative to meet with you to collect payment.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes, we require a minimum, 1-month auto-renewing contract, cancellable with 15 days’ notice
How long is the initial contract term?
1 month, with automatic renewal unless you cancel.
How do I cancel my service?

Can I pause my service?

What do I need to do before service?
Ensure bins are accessible, not overfilled (max 50 lbs), and ready by 6:00 PM the evening before pickup. Vehicles removed from curb area for curb sweeping.
What happens if there are cars parked at the curb?
We will do our best to sweep what is reasonable and within our means. We are not responsible for missed cleanings due to parked vehicles.
Do I need to be home during service?
No, as long as your bins are accessible, we can service without you being present.
What if my bin storage area is blocked?
We’re not responsible for missed returns if the storage area is inaccessible (e.g., car blocking the path).
Who is responsible for bin damage?
We’re not liable for bin damage, loss, or theft beyond reasonable care during service.
What if my pickup day changes?
Notify us as soon as possible, and we’ll update our schedule to match.
Will you pick up my trash bags off the ground?
No, we require all trash for valets to be inside of the trash bins, unless specifically requested.
